鹤煤公司二矿工作面倾角达到31°,煤层厚度超过6 m。该矿针对这一特殊地质条件,定制了ZF2400/16/24型大倾角放顶煤支架。该支架适用于倾角小于35°的放顶煤工作面,运输方便,使用效果好。1 使用中存在的问题该支架推杆在支架底座下面,与前刮板输送机联接(见图1)。由于推杆是由16Mn钢板制作的焊接组件(见图2),推动刮板输送机的力量很大,在使用中推杆变形严重。
