广东科学中心是广东省委、省政府批准兴建的大型科学活动场所,既是目前亚洲最大的科普教育基地,又是科技成果与技术产品展示、推广、交易以及学术交流的综合平台。工程实行施工总承包管理服务模式,在项目施工过程中,针对工程施工规模大,施工难度复杂,参建单位多,安全生产管理难、责任大等特点,由于项目总包管理单位领导高度重视,策划周密、管理严格、落实到位,采取了一系列有效措施,为实现了合同规定的安全管理目标,为今后类似大型工程施工的安全生产管理提供了有益的借鉴。
