科研开发专业化国家认可 2005年2月1日,长春厚德福酱肉食品厂厂长赵德方顺利通过由国家劳动部主办的全国药膳大师评定,荣获“营养药膳大师”称号。作为吉林省惟一一位获得参评机会并一次性通过考核的食品从业人员,这个称号不仅是对他个人专业能力的认可,也是对他为中华药膳事业所作贡献的肯定。
Scientific research and development of specialized national accreditation February 1, 2005, Changchun Houdefu sauce meat factory director Zhao Deli smooth through the national Ministry of Labor sponsored by the national master medicated, won the “master of nutrition and medicine” title. Being the only food worker in Jilin Province who has obtained the opportunity to participate in the assessment and passed the assessment at one time, this title is not only recognition of his personal professional ability but also affirmation of his contribution to the Chinese pharmacy career.
