在学校教育中,体育与健康是素质教育的重要组成部分,是一门对学生进行体能技能训练并施以心理健康教育的基础学科。实践表明,它不仅可以帮助学生强身健体、锻炼机能,还能有效地促进学生德智体全面发展。然而,由于传统观念和应试教育的习惯性影响,以及教学形式等方面的人为性因素,长期以来,体育教学非常重视对学生在体能和技能方面的强化训练,而对于他们在情感因素、心理教育、个性发展等方面的需求却过于忽视和淡化,致使校园体育教学一直处于“低层次化”的发展状态。现代教育观认为,体育教学应本着“健康第一”的指导思想,着重在激发课程情感、优化教学过程和促进学生实践上下功夫,从而为发展学生的终身体育意识奠基铺路。

The view of modern education thinks that PE teaching should be based on the guiding ideology of “health first”, focus on stimulating curriculum emotion, optimizing teaching process and promoting students ’practice so as to pave the way for the development of students’ lifelong sports awareness.
