辨风看向组建上海石油天然气交易中心近日获得上海市政府的通过,从亚洲地区经济发展及我国国内能源资源格局来看,组建石油天然气交易中心有深刻地现实需求。但必须清醒的是,除硬件方面的改善外,我国还需要加快金融市场体系建设,促进天然气金融衍生品的推出,从而为通过金融平台来实现价格发现、风险管理提供可能。
Seeing the wind to set up Shanghai Petroleum and Natural Gas Trading Center recently approved by the Shanghai municipal government, from the economic development in Asia and China’s domestic energy resources pattern, the formation of oil and gas trading center has a profound realistic demand. However, we must be clear that, in addition to hardware improvements, our country still needs to speed up the construction of the financial market system and promote the launch of natural gas derivatives so as to make it possible to achieve price discovery and risk management through the financial platform.
