实施孕前保健或围孕保健的主要目标是为育龄妇女提供健康促进和预防服务,以降低可能影响妊娠结局的危险因素。本文重点讨论了孕前-围孕保健概念的提出及发展和孕前-围孕保健服务提供的连续性和广泛性,并讨论了我国现阶段实施孕前-围孕保健的现实意义。
The main goal of prenatal care or conception care is to provide health promotion and prevention services for women of childbearing age in order to reduce the risk factors that may affect pregnancy outcome. This article focuses on the conception and development of prenatal and perinatal care concepts and the continuity and universality of prenatal and perinatal care services, and discusses the practical significance of prenatal and perinatal care in our country at this stage.
