Recently, the General Office of the State Council forwarded the Opinions on Regulating Commercial Prepaid Card Management (hereinafter referred to as “Opinions”) as promulgated by the PBC, the Ministry of Supervision, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Commerce, the State Administration of Taxation, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce and the Bureau of Preventive Corruption Prevention. The Opinions earnestly implemented the spirit of the Fourth State Council Working Conference on Clean and Honest Administration. The leading comrades of the Ministry of Supervision and the National Bureau of Corruption Prevention have attached great importance to this and personally asked and coordinated vigorously.
