目的研究清湿止痛汤的抗炎镇痛作用。方法采用二甲苯致小鼠耳炎症和蛋清致大鼠足跖炎症方法,观察清湿止痛汤的抗炎作用;采用醋酸致痛及热致痛模型,观察清湿止痛汤的镇痛作用。结果清湿止痛汤可减轻二甲苯致小鼠耳炎症反应的肿胀度(P<0.05),减轻蛋清所致大鼠足趾肿胀度(P<0.05),显著减少醋酸致痛时小鼠扭体反应数(P<0.01),提高热致痛小鼠的痛阈值(P<0.05)。结论清湿止痛汤具有明显的抗炎镇痛作用。
Objective To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of Qing Hu Zhi Tong decoction. Methods Xylene-induced mouse otitis and egg-induced rat foot inflammation were used to observe the anti-inflammatory effect of Qingshi Zhitong Tang. The analgesic effect of Qingshuzhitong Tang was observed by acetic acid induced pain and heat induced pain model. Results Qingshuzhitong decoction can reduce the degree of swelling induced by xylene (P <0.05), reduce the degree of swelling caused by albumen in rats (P <0.05) and reduce the writhing of mice induced by acetic acid (P <0.01), and increased the pain threshold (P <0.05) in heat-induced mice. Conclusion Clear wet analgesic soup has obvious anti-inflammatory analgesic effect.
