癫痫猝死是癫痫患者死亡的重要原因之一,其发病率高。发病的危险因素包括性别、年龄、强直阵挛发作、抗癫痫药物的使用、夜间发作等,对癫痫患者发生猝死的机制进行研究可以预防癫痫患者猝死的发生,本文对癫痫患者发生猝死的研究现状进行综述。“,”Epilepsy is one of the important causes of death in people with epilepsy,and the morbidity of sudden death among epilepsy patients is considerable high.The risk factors including gender, age, stiffness clonus attacks, the use of anti-epileptic drugs, night attack and so on.Studying the mechanisms of sudden death in patients with epilepsy can prevent the happening of sudden death of the epilepsy patients.In this review, the research status quo of sudden death in epilepsy patients is going to be studied as follows.
