目的 :总结 6 2例超声引导下肾囊肿硬化治疗的经验。方法 :术前筛选合适病例 ,术中在超声显像的实时引导下进行肾囊肿的抽吸硬化治疗 ,术后观察处理并发症 ,定期复查疗效 ,必要时再次硬化治疗。结果 :治疗有效率 10 0 % ,一次成功率 89.4 %。无明显并发症。结论 :超声引导下肾囊肿硬化治疗的成功率较高 ,并发症较低。严格筛选病例、准确定位针尖、合理使用无水酒精等可保证治疗的顺利进行 ,提高治疗的成功率 ,减少并发症。
Objective: To summarize the experience of 62 cases of ultrasound-guided renal cyst sclerosis. Methods: Preoperative screening of appropriate cases, intraoperative ultrasound guided real-time guided renal ascitic suction sclerosis treatment, postoperative observation and treatment of complications, regular review of the efficacy, if necessary, re-hardening treatment. Results: The effective rate of treatment was 100% with a success rate of 89.4%. No obvious complications. Conclusion: Ultrasound-guided renal cyst sclerosis has a high success rate and low complication rate. Strict screening of cases, accurate positioning of the needle, the rational use of anhydrous alcohol to ensure the smooth progress of treatment, improve the success rate of treatment and reduce complications.
