目的探索基于校企合作的围手术期护理实训课程的效果。方法在基于校企合作的基础上开发围手术期护理实训课程,选取我院护理专业2014级12班、13班(改革班)共81名学生作为实验组,2013级18班、19班(改革班)共96名学生作为对照组,实验组接受基于校企合作的围手术期护理实训课程,对照组接受旧的实训课程。结果实验组的理论成绩、操作成绩以及评判性思维能力各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组大部分学生对基于校企合作的围手术期护理实训课程持肯定态度。结论基于校企合作的围手术期护理实训课程效果好,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing training courses based on the cooperation between school and enterprise. Methods On the basis of the cooperation between school and enterprise, we developed perioperative nursing practice course, selected 81 students in 2014 and 12 classes in 2013, and 81 students in the 13 classes (reform class) as the experimental group, 18 classes in 2013, 19 classes A total of 96 students as a control group, the experimental group to accept the school-enterprise cooperation perioperative nursing training courses, the control group to accept the old training courses. Results The experimental group’s scores of academic achievements, operational performance and critical thinking ability were all higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). Most students in the experimental group were positive about Perioperative Nursing Courses based on school-enterprise cooperation. Conclusion The perioperative nursing training course based on the cooperation between school and enterprise is effective and worth promoting.
