法国著名博物学家、作家布封说过,“风格即人”。对于教师来说,教学风格即教师的个性,它是教师成熟的重要标志。教学风格的形成是对教师智慧、灵感和创造性的肯定,也是教师在教学实践中对自我价值的认同和肯定。一所充满活力和创造力的学校,必然伴随着教师教学风格的百花齐放。尽管许多教师在教学中有一定的风格,但自己并未意识到;或者有一定的意识,但还不明晰。因此,有意识地建构自己的教学风格,并着力将其明晰化,将有利于教师形成独特的教学风格。笔者近期对自己的教学风格进行了研究,现将研究过程及反思分述如下,希望能对各位同仁起到借鉴作用。
French famous naturalist, writer cloth seal said, “style is person ”. For teachers, the teaching style is the teacher’s personality, which is an important symbol of the maturity of teachers. The formation of teaching style is the affirmation of teachers ’wisdom, inspiration and creativity, as well as the recognition and affirmation of teachers’ self-worth in teaching practice. A vibrant and creative school is bound to accompany the flourishing teaching style of teachers. Although many teachers have a certain style of teaching, they do not realize it; or they have certain awareness, but it is still not clear. Therefore, consciously constructing their own teaching style and making efforts to make it clear will help teachers to form a unique teaching style. I recently conducted a study of my own teaching style. I will now describe the research process and reflection as follows, hoping to serve as a reference for my colleagues.
