[目的 /意义]学术博客的发展与用户使用紧密相关,探究哪些用户价值会引导用户使用学术博客,分析用户价值间的关系。[方法 /过程]借鉴伍德鲁夫的顾客价值层次模型,采用阶梯法对10位使用科学网博客的用户进行半结构化访谈,并对访谈内容进行编码。[结果 /结论 ]创建科学网博客用户价值综合关联矩阵图,构建科学网博客用户价值层次模型,并发现“博客写作-成就感”“博客阅读-学术交流”“推荐-传播效果”“好友互链-学术交流”4条价值链关系。
[Purpose / Significance] The development of scholarly blogs is closely related to the use of users, exploring which user values will guide users to use scholarly blogs and analyze the relationship between user values. [Methods / Processes] Borrowing from Woodrow’s customer value hierarchy model, we use a step-by-step approach to semi-structured interview with 10 users who use science blogs and encode the contents of the interview. [Results / Conclusion] To establish a comprehensive correlation matrix diagram of the scientific value of the blog user value and to build a scientific web blog user value hierarchy model, and found that “blog writing - achievement sense” “blog reading - academic exchange ” Effect “” friend mutual chain - academic exchange "4 value chain relations.
