用海绵作载体,以甲醛、生理盐水和抗生素为防腐介质,用塑料袋分0.5亿、1.0亿和1.5亿条线虫三种密度包装,在8~10℃下贮存。以亚洲玉米螟幼虫为试虫,按幼虫与线虫比为1:125、1:25、1:5三个剂量测定贮存线虫的毒力。结果表明,线虫在低温下贮存1年其存活率达85%以上;贮存介质对贮存线虫的存活率有明显影响,而线虫密度、加水量对其影响不大。贮存5个月以内的线虫对玉米螟幼虫毒力差异不明显。
With sponge as a carrier, formaldehyde, saline and antibiotics as preservative medium, with plastic bags divided into 50 million, 100 million and 150 million nematodes three kinds of density packaging, stored at 8 ~ 10 ℃. The larvae of Asiatic corn borer (A. furnacalis) were used as test insects, and the virulence of stored nematodes was determined according to the larvae and nematode ratios of 1: 125, 1: 25 and 1: 5. The results showed that the survival rate of nematodes stored at low temperature for 1 year was more than 85%. The storage medium had a significant effect on the survival rate of nematode. However, nematode density and water addition had little effect on it. Nematodes stored within 5 months did not show any significant difference in toxicity to corn borer larvae.
