医院药剂科承担了全院药品的供应、制剂的制备和药品管理任务,为医院的医疗、教学、科研服务。在供应药品时,伴随着大量经济活动,因此医院药剂科虽属事业性质,但有企业的特点,也有企业性质成分,应该充分注意它的特殊性。在药剂科的经济活动中,药剂人员首先应从自身职业道德出发,必须以药品质量、服务质量、工作质量为中心,以保证医疗需要为目的,以国家法规政策为依据来满足医疗临床需要。
