学习性区域活动是指教师根据教育目标和幼儿发展水平,有目的地创造活动环境,投放活动材料,让幼儿按照自己的意愿和能力,以操作摆弄为主要方式的个别化的自主学习活动。在实践中教师能灵活地运用和把握有效的方法,既做好区域活动的观察者,又做好指导者,就能更好地促进孩子们在区域活动中提高能力。一、创造与之相配的环境,激发幼儿主动学习当前的教育理念是让孩子们主动地学习,主动地发展。学习性区域活动的开展正是这一教育理论在实践中最好的体现,
