用A型肉毒杆菌No.98株制备毒素,研究温度、紫外线、维生素C等因素对A型毒素的作用。证明毒素在-25℃、4℃,22℃、37℃条件下保存一周,其毒性下降百分率分别为50、0、66、95;在-25℃时保存50、70、100天毒性下降百分率分别为90、92、98.4,表明短期保存毒素以4℃为宜。60℃加热30分钟毒素未完全破坏;80℃加热2分钟毒性完全消失。A型毒素经紫外线照线120分钟完全脱毒。维生素C溶液对A型肉毒毒素有一定的减毒作用。
Botulinum type A strain No.98 was used to prepare toxins to study the effects of temperature, ultraviolet light and vitamin C on type A toxin. The results showed that the toxins were stored at -25 ℃, 4 ℃, 22 ℃, 37 ℃ for one week, the percentages of toxicity decreased were 50, 0, 66, 95, respectively; 90,92,98.4, indicating that short-term storage of toxins at 4 ℃ is appropriate. The toxin was not completely destroyed by heating at 60 ° C for 30 minutes; the toxicity completely disappeared when heated at 80 ° C for 2 minutes. A toxin by UV irradiation 120 minutes completely detoxification. Vitamin C solution of Botulinum toxin type A has some attenuation.
