1案例资料1.1案例1某男,28岁。2008年7月23日,被螺丝刀刺伤左乳突,倒地后即刻死亡。尸检见:左乳突处有一螺丝刀垂直留于颈椎内,拔出螺丝刀留有一0.7cm×0.2cm长方形创口,大量血性液体涌出。余体表未见损伤。解剖见:创口下胸锁乳突肌断裂伴血肿形成,创道经胸锁乳突肌上端通过第1颈椎左侧后弓上缘进入椎管
