亚东璃眼蜱的卵、饱食的幼虫和若虫分放在四个等级的恒定温度和相对湿度90%条件下,观察温度对各期发育的影响。在20°、25°、30°和35℃条件下,卵期发育的平均日数分别为70.87±0.05,31.55±0.03,21.02±0.03和16.47±0.03天;幼虫蜕化期分别为25.02±0.05,13.01±0.03,8.75±0.02和6.40±0.02天;若虫蜕化甥分别为47.32±0.22.24.21±0.13,14.36±0.08和10.78±0.06天。在各种温度条件下若虫蜕化为成虫的时间,雄虫比雌虫延长。饱食的雌性若虫的平均体重为34.06±0.70毫克,而雄性若虫为29.66±0.94毫克。雄雌性比为1:1.23。卵期发育的积温为321.77日度,而幼虫和若虫蜕化期分别为129.97和212.39日度。卵期发育的温度低阈为15.07℃,而幼虫和若虫蜕化期分别为14.88°和15.58℃。
The eggs of A. orientalis, the larvae and nymphs were fed on four levels of constant temperature and 90% relative humidity to observe the effect of temperature on the development of each stage. The average number of days of egg development was 70.87 ± 0.05,31.55 ± 0.03,21.02 ± 0.03 and 16.47 ± 0.03 days at 20 °, 25 °, 30 ° and 35 ° C, respectively. The larvae degenerations were 25.02 ± 0.05 and 13.01 ± 0.03, 8.75 ± 0.02 and 6.40 ± 0.02 days, respectively; nymphs degeneration were 47.32 ± 0.22.24.21 ± 0.13, 14.36 ± 0.08 and 10.78 ± 0.06 days, respectively. Under various temperature conditions nymphs degenerate into adult time, male prolongation than the female. The average body weight of the fed female nymphs was 34.06 ± 0.70 mg, whereas the male nymphs were 29.66 ± 0.94 mg. Male-female ratio was 1: 1.23. The accumulated temperature of egg development was 321.77 days, while the larval and nymph degeneration were 129.97 and 212.39 days, respectively. The low temperature threshold for egg development was 15.07 ° C, while the larval and nymphs were 14.88 ° and 15.58 ° C, respectively.
