一、前言在铁矿石的烧结工艺中,原料准备所起的作用非常大。烧结工艺中利用添加到烧结料中的焦粉燃烧热,作为烧结的热源。焦粉的燃烧状况对烧结时的加热条件和气氛的形成有着决定性的影响。因为焦炭燃烧状况在很大程度上可以控制烧结料层的透气性和焦炭的赋存状态,所以说焦炭的燃烧状况在烧结料层形成时,能够决定烧结工艺的基本条件也是毫不过分的。
I. Introduction In the iron ore sintering process, the role of raw material preparation is very large. In the sintering process, the coke powder added to the sintering material is used for combustion heat as a heat source for sintering. The combustion of coke powder has a decisive influence on the heating conditions during sintering and on the formation of the atmosphere. Because the combustion of coke can largely control the permeability of the sintering bed and the coke occurrence state, it can not be overemphasized that the burning conditions of the coke can determine the basic conditions of the sintering process when the sintering bed is formed.
