目的分析疏附县县乡两级疾控机构人力资源现状,为加强疾控机构人才队伍建设,优化人力资源配置提供依据。方法采用统一的调查表,2013年12月对疏附县县乡两级疾控机构在职人员年龄、学历、职称、专业、工作年限等情况进行调查分析。结果疏附县共有疾控人员78人,县疾控中心35人,乡镇级43人,两级人员学历构成以中专学历为主,职称构成以初级职称以下为多(乡级无职称人员达到76.74%),专业构成以医学专业(非预防)为主,预防医学专业仅占11.54%。结论疏附县县乡疾控机构人员整体素质偏低,专业结构不合理,学科带头人匮乏,无法适应新时期疾控工作需要,必须有针对性地制定科学合理的规划、对策和措施,加强疾控人才队伍建设。
Objective To analyze the current situation of human resources in CDCs at county and township levels in Shufu County and provide evidence for strengthening the construction of qualified personnel in CDC institutions and optimizing the allocation of human resources. Methods A unified questionnaire was used. In December 2013, the age, education level, professional title, professional title and working life of CDC institutions at county and township level in Shufu County were investigated and analyzed. Results There were 78 disease control personnel in Shufu County, 35 county disease control centers and 43 township level staffs. The academic qualifications of the two staffs were mainly secondary school graduates. 76.74%). The major is medical major (non-prevention), with only 11.54% in preventive medicine. Conclusion The overall quality of personnel in county-township disease control agencies in Shufu County is low, the professional structure is irrational, academic leaders are scarce and can not meet the needs of CDC in the new era. Scientific and rational planning, measures and measures must be formulated to strengthen Disease control personnel team building.
