以铅镉抗性菌株JB13和高羊茅为试材,采用植物微生物联合修复的方法,研究了Pb、Cd抗性菌株(JB13)与高羊茅共同作用对Pb、Cd污染土壤修复的影响,以期得到高效修复重金属的方法。结果表明:Pb、Cd对高羊茅的生物量有抑制作用,且对地上部的抑制作用高于地下部,Cd对高羊茅生长的抑制作用强于Pb。高羊茅具有富集重金属的能力,Pb、Cd单一和共同污染时地下部富集量优于地上部。抗性菌JB13能促进高羊茅对重金属的富集。
The effects of Pb and Cd-resistant strains (JB13) and tall fescue on the remediation of soils contaminated by Pb and Cd were studied using Pb and Cd resistant strains JB13 and Tall Fescue as test materials. In order to get efficient repair of heavy metals. The results showed that Pb and Cd had inhibitory effects on the biomass of tall fescue, and their inhibitory effects on shoots were higher than those on underground parts. Cd had a stronger inhibitory effect on the growth of tall fescue than on Pb. Festuca arundinacea possesses the ability of enriching heavy metals, and the enrichment of the lower part of the soil is better than that of the upper part in the single and common pollution of Pb and Cd. Resistant bacteria JB13 can promote the enrichment of heavy metals in tall fescue.
