近年来研究地方治理的文献增加很快,特别是西欧和北美地区更加如此,但它们较少关注治理衡量纬度和系统化绩效考核方面。英国学者对责任水平变化、利益相关者协定、协同工作以及社区领导力等问题做了评估,但只是从总体上对以上因素的影响进行了分析,而没有针对地方治理中这些要素间的相互作用进行研究。
The literature on local governance has increased rapidly in recent years, especially in Western Europe and North America, but they are less concerned with governance in terms of latitude and systematic performance appraisal. British scholars have assessed issues such as changes in the level of responsibility, stakeholder agreements, collaborative work and community leadership, but only analyzed the impact of these factors in general and failed to address the interaction between these elements of local governance research.
