目的 探究分析精细化护理应用于精神分裂症患者中的干预效果.方法 在2018年1月到2020年8月本院接诊的精神分裂症患者中抽取80例纳入观察对象,通过随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组和实验组,各40例,分别施行常规护理和精细化护理干预,对比两组精神分裂症患者的相关评分.结果 实验组精神分裂症患者在接受了精细化护理后,和对照组患者相比较,患者的社会功能评分、自我和谐评分、自尊量表评分均明显改善(P ＜ 0.05).结论 精细化护理应用于精神分裂症中的效果突出,能够显著优化患者的社会功能.“,”Objective To explore and analyze the intervention effects of refined nursing in patients with schizophrenia. Methods From January 2018 to August 2020, 80 patients with schizophrenia were selected and included in the observation object. All patients were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. Carry out routine nursing and refined nursing intervention respectively, and compare the relevant scores of the two groups of schizophrenia patients. Results After the experimental group of schizophrenic patients received refined care, compared with the control group, the social function scores, self-congruence scores, and self-esteem scale scores of the patients were significantly improved.(P＜0.05). Conclusion The effect of refined nursing in schizophrenia is outstanding, and it can significantly optimize the social function of patients.
