社会的进步和经济的发展推动着我国科学技术的不断前进。近年来,我国现代化基础建设进程不断加快,各种高强度、高硬度的工程材料被广泛的采用。传统的车削技术已经难以满足对某些强度和硬度高的材料的加工了,并且传统的车削加工方法能效低、成本高,严重制约着企业的经济发展。随着高强度钢加工模具和工件量的迅速增加,必须引入新型的硬车削加工技术,才能提高产品的生产效率,在保证质量的前提下降低生产成本,从而提高企业的经济效益和竞争力。
Social progress and economic development have promoted the continuous advancement of science and technology in our country. In recent years, the process of China’s infrastructure modernization has been accelerating. Various kinds of engineering materials with high strength and high hardness have been widely adopted. Traditional turning technology has been difficult to meet some of the high strength and hardness of the material processing, and the traditional turning method with low efficiency, high cost, seriously restricting the economic development of enterprises. With the rapid increase in the amount of high-strength steel processing molds and workpieces, it is necessary to introduce new types of hard turning technology in order to improve the production efficiency of the products and reduce the production cost under the premise of ensuring the quality so as to enhance the economic benefits and competitiveness of the enterprises.
