目前各工厂所进行的设备能源利用效率测试工作,主要内容包括有锅炉、铸造、锻造、热处理各种加热炉、空压机、热力管道、电力变压器及建筑物等方面。其中锅炉、电力、工业窑炉热能转换及原动力设备如发电设备或汽轮机等是属于耗能量较大的动力机械。如果将全厂的各种耗能设备的效率都进行测试计算,需要进行大量繁锁的计算,要耗费一定的时间和人力,才能得出企业能量平衡总的概况。
At present, the testing of energy efficiency of equipment used in each factory covers the following aspects: boiler, casting, forging, heat treatment of various furnaces, air compressors, heat pipes, power transformers and buildings. Among them, the thermal energy conversion of boilers, electric power, industrial furnaces and motive power equipment such as power generation equipment or steam turbines belong to the power machinery with large energy consumption. If we test and calculate the efficiency of various energy-consuming equipment in the whole plant, we need to make a lot of complicated calculations and spend a certain amount of time and manpower in order to draw a general overview of the energy balance of the enterprise.
