目的:揭示影响鲜肿节风挥发油及油中β-榄香烯含量的因素,为肿节风的开发利用和质量评价提供依据。方法:建立β-榄香烯的GC测定方法,测定不同生长年限、不同药用部位、不同采收期以及不同干燥时间的鲜肿节风药材中挥发油及油中β-榄香烯的含量。结果:生长年限对挥发油得率及β-榄香烯含量没有明显影响;不同采收期对挥发油得率及β-榄香烯含量有影响,以12月份相对较高;不同药用部位鲜肿节风的挥发油得率由高至低依次为根、叶、茎,β-榄香烯含量以叶中最高,茎中最低;干燥时间越长,按干品计算的挥发油得率和β-榄香烯含量均呈下降趋势。结论:本研究建立的β-榄香烯含量测定方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于肿节风药材挥发油中该成分的质量控制。该研究结果为肿节风的开发利用和质量评价提供了一定依据。
OBJECTIVE: To reveal the factors influencing the content of β-elemene in the volatile oil of fresh gynogenetic node and the content of β-elemene in oil, and provide the basis for the development, utilization and quality evaluation of gynogenetic wind. Methods: The method of GC determination of β-elemene was established and the content of β-elemene in volatile oil and oil in different growth stages, different medicinal parts, different harvesting periods and different drying times were determined. Results: The growth period had no significant effect on the yield of volatile oil and the content of β-elemene. The yield of volatile oil and the content of β-elemene were different at different harvesting times, which was relatively high in December. The freshness of different medicinal parts The highest and lowest volatile oil yield was from roots to leaves, stems and leaves, and the content of β-elemene was the highest in leaves and the lowest in stems. The longer the drying time, the yield of volatile oil Carnotine content showed a downward trend. Conclusion: The method for the determination of β-elemene established in this study is simple, accurate and reproducible. The results provide some evidence for the development, utilization and quality evaluation of swollen-knot disease.
