通过对8名优秀男子400m运动员递增负荷运动过程中能量代谢变化特征的实验研究,结果表明:进入工作状态阶段VO2快速增加:运动过程中VCO2加速增长是机体能量代谢变化特征的反映,其大小与机体机能状态及体液调节有关:快速增长阶段VCO2及RQ急剧升高则表明无氧代谢能力快速增长的特点,并与体内酸性产物及肾上腺素浓度快速增加有密切关系。
Through the experimental study on the energy metabolism characteristics of 8 elite male 400m athletes during incremental exercise, the results showed that the VO2 increased rapidly during the exercise phase: the accelerated growth of VCO2 during exercise was a reflection of the change of energy metabolism, Body function status and body fluid regulation related to: Rapid growth phase VCO2 and RQ sharp rise indicates that the rapid growth of anaerobic metabolism characteristics, and with the body acidic products and epinephrine concentration is closely related to the rapid increase.
