目的:从骨骼肌纤维组成变化探讨中医复方糖肾胶囊对胰岛素抵抗伴高血压模型大鼠(FFR)的胰岛素抵抗改善的作用机制。方法:用6周龄的雄性SD大鼠,以标准餐和高果糖餐喂养将其分为对照组和实验组,实验组又分为实验对照组和中药治疗组;用ATP酶染色法对各组骨骼肌(比目鱼肌)纤维组成成分进行分析。结果:糖肾胶囊对1型和2型骨骼肌纤维成分有显著的影响,且两种纤维组成成分与胰岛素敏感性指标M值呈显著的相关关系。结论:糖肾胶囊对胰岛素抵抗改善的作用机制可能与骨骼肌纤维组成成分的变化有关。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the mechanism of improvement of insulin resistance in insulin resistance rats with hypertension (FFR) by the changes of skeletal muscle fiber composition. METHODS: Six-week-old male Sprague Dawley rats were divided into control group and experimental group by standard meal and high-fructose meal. Experimental group was divided into experimental control group and traditional Chinese medicine treatment group. The skeletal muscle (soleus muscle) fiber components were analyzed. RESULTS: Tangshen Capsule had a significant effect on the skeletal muscle fibers of type 1 and type 2, and there was a significant correlation between the two fiber components and the M value of insulin sensitivity index. Conclusion: The mechanism of improvement of insulin resistance in Tangshen capsule may be related to the changes of skeletal muscle fiber composition.
