现将卫生部、财政部《关于公费医疗使用大型医用设备报销范围的通知》(卫政发(1997)第9号,以下简称《通知》)转发给你们,并结合我省实际提出如下补充意见,请一并贯彻执行。一、认真贯彻两部《通知》精神,建立可报销项目的申报审定制度1.各级公费医疗管理部门和公费医疗享受单位应严格执行两部《通知》规定,不得用公费医疗经费报销暂不列入公费医疗报销范围的大型医用设备如爱克司刀(X-刀)、伽玛刀(γ-刀)、正电子发射断层扫描装置(PET)、电子束 CT(又称超高速 CT)、眼科准分子激光治疗仪的费用。
