本文从一则案例出发,从合同的相对性以及票据行为的角度,对票据恶意抗辩中的“明知”的对象浅谈了自己的观点。

This article starts from a case and discusses my point of view on the object of “knowingly ” in the malicious defense of the negotiable instrument from the perspective of the relativity of the contract and the behavior of the instrument.
