市场经济、网络信息化时代以及新媒体的发展,给人们的思想带来巨大冲击,同时给企业的思想政治工作带来困难。当前企业的思想政治工作困境主要有:企业对思想政治工作不重视;企业思想政治工作队伍素质不高;企业思想政治工作难度加大。为帮助企业走出困境,需要从企业思想政治工作队伍建设、工作方法和工作制度的创新三个方面采取针对性的措施。
The market economy, the era of network information and the development of new media have brought tremendous impact on people’s thinking and brought difficulties to the ideological and political work of enterprises. At present, the plight of ideological and political work in enterprises mainly includes: enterprises do not pay much attention to ideological and political work; the quality of their ideological and political work teams is not high; and the ideological and political work of enterprises is more difficult. In order to help enterprises to get out of their predicament, they need to take targeted measures from the three aspects of the establishment of the ideological and political work team, the working methods and the innovation of the working system.
