大蒜作为药用,已家喻户晓。因其有效、易得、安全,久已为国内外医药学者所重视。本文旨在概括介绍大蒜的化学、药理与临床应用的近年进展情况。大蒜为百合科植物(Allium sativum L.)的地下鳞茎。因其原产西域,故又称“葫”,俗称“蒜头”。有紫白皮之分。《本草纲目》载蒜者计三类,即:蒜、山蒜和葫。大蒜性味辛温,归脾、胃、肺经。功能:
As a medicinal herb, garlic has become widely known. Because of its effectiveness, availability, and safety, it has long been valued by scholars at home and abroad. This article aims to outline the recent progress in the chemical, pharmacological, and clinical applications of garlic. Garlic is the underground bulb of the Allium sativum L. plant. Because of its origin in the Western Regions, it is also known as “cucurbit”, commonly known as “garlic head.” There are purple white points. The “Compendium of Materia Medica” contains three categories of garlic, namely: garlic, mountain garlic and gourd. Garlic is spicy and warm, with spleen, stomach and lungs. Features:
