过去,提起下岗,在石壕煤矿运输队班组职工中都觉得那是领导在整人,是给职工穿小鞋;如今,运输队对班组职工实施减人提效工作中以民主选举的形式决定职工的去留问题,得到了广大职工的认同,使国有企业减人提效工作走向了制度化、民主化,增强了班组管理的透明度,实现了职工队伍的稳定发展。
In the past, when the employees were laid off, they felt that they were leading the entire staff and wearing small shoes for employees. Nowadays, the transport team determines the employees in the form of democratic elections in the work of reducing staff and improving efficiency. The issue of leaving the country has been recognized by the broad masses of employees, which has led to the institutionalization and democratization of state-owned enterprises’ reduction of personnel and efficiency. This has enhanced the transparency of team management and achieved stable development of the workforce.
