胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)是属于胰岛素家族的一类多肽。整合素是一类普遍存在于细胞表面的跨膜糖蛋白,参与细胞与细胞、细胞与细胞外基质的相互作用。研究证实整合素在IGF-Ⅰ信号通路中具有重要作用。重力影响IGF-Ⅰ信号级联和整合素的表达,但详细机制还不是很清楚。重力与整合素、IGF-Ⅰ关系十分密切。在不同的重力条件下,它们的关系正在成为重点和热门的研究对象。本文就IGF-Ⅰ的信号通路、整合素信号通路以及失重对整合素以及IGF-Ⅰ信号通路的影响进行综述。
Insulin-like growth factor-I (IGF-I) is a family of polypeptides belonging to the insulin family. Integrins are a class of transmembrane glycoproteins that are prevalent on the cell surface and are involved in the interaction of cells with cells, with extracellular matrix. Studies have shown that integrins play an important role in the IGF-I signaling pathway. Gravity affects the expression of IGF-I signaling cascades and integrins, but the exact mechanism is not well understood. Gravity and integrin, IGF-Ⅰ relationship is very close. Under different conditions of gravity, their relationship is becoming an important and hot research object. This review summarizes the effects of IGF-I signaling, integrin signaling and weight loss on integrin and IGF-I signaling.
