目的:建立同时测定胃舒尔安颗粒中橙皮苷和柚皮苷含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC法,DiamonsilC18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)柱,流动相:V(乙腈):V(0.05%磷酸水溶液)=20:80,流速:1mL.min-1,检测波长283nm,柱温30℃。结果:橙皮苷在0.128~0.896μg,r=0.9996范围内成良好的线性关系。柚皮苷在0.410~2.870μg,r=0.9998范围内成良好的线性关系。结论:方法简便、准确,重复性好,可作为胃舒尔安颗粒的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of hesperidin and naringin in Weishu’er granule. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of Diamonsil C18 (4.6mm × 250mm, 5μm), mobile phase consisted of V (acetonitrile) V: 0.05% phosphoric acid solution 20:80, flow rate 1mL.min-1 and detection wavelength 283nm. Temperature 30 ℃. Results: Hesperidin in 0.128 ~ 0.896μg, r = 0.9996 within a good linear relationship. Naringin in the 0.410 ~ 2.870μg, r = 0.9998 range into a good linear relationship. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used as a quality control method for Weishuang granules.
