目的调查某小学发生1起刺毛虫皮炎疫情的致病源,为制定针对发生源采取的相应措施提供依据。方法通过调查病例流行病学三间分布、教室空气质量监测、虫体识别鉴定、暴露因子分析、排除教室装修及校外发病因素来确定致病原。结果学生罹患率性别间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),除幼儿园小班(3岁组)外,其余4~13岁各年龄组均有病例发生。教室前排罹患率(41.3%)高于后排(20.0%)(χ2=7.47,P<0.01)。前排楼房一、二层学生罹患率(42.3%,39.6%)差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.20,P>0.05)。结论该次疫情系黄刺蛾的幼虫(刺毛虫)感染所致。针对致病源采取灭虫等相应的措施后,疫情得到及时有效的控制。
Objective To investigate the pathogenesis of one case of cercariae dermatitis in a primary school and provide the basis for formulating the corresponding measures taken for the occurrence of the source. Methods The pathogens were identified by investigating three distributions of epidemiology, air quality monitoring in classrooms, identification and identification of parasites, analysis of exposure factors, and excluding classroom decoration and extra-school disease factors. Results There was no significant difference in the attack rate among the students (P> 0.05). Except for kindergarten (3 years old group), all other age groups from 4 to 13 years old had cases. The attack rate in front of the classroom (41.3%) was higher than that in the back (20.0%) (χ2 = 7.47, P <0.01). There was no significant difference in the attack rates of the first and second floor students in the front buildings (42.3%, 39.6%) (χ2 = 0.20, P> 0.05). Conclusions The outbreak was caused by larvae (Bateria) infection of Trichoplusia ni. For the pathogen to take pest control and other appropriate measures, the outbreak was timely and effective control.
