The end of 2002, organized by the People’s Bank of bank credit registration consulting system to achieve national networking. Financial institutions now have access to the People’s Bank of China Central Bank’s database to quickly find out about the creditworthiness of all clients with whom they have credit business. As of June 2003, the Bank of Jiangsu Province’s credit registration and consultation system has collected the basic profile and credit history information of 270,000 enterprises, institutions and other economic organizations and basically covered all other financial institutions except natural persons
