医院信息系统是按照病人住院后医院的实际工作流程设计的,病人在入院处产生基本信息,医生直接参与系统下医嘱、写病历,保证了医院信息系统的底层信息是病人原始的医疗信息。在此基础上,不同的信息按照需要自动流向相应的部门,牵动手术室、药房、辅助检查科室的工作。同时也为医院管理和分析统计提供了大量准确实时的综合信息。面对护士工作流程和重点的变化,特别是主班护士工作的变化,如何在新环境中贯彻三查七对,做好护理工作,把好质量关,是护理工作面临的新课题。
