慢性胰腺炎的诊断历来为一难题,随着诊断手段的改进,不少患者能在病程的早中阶段得到确诊。本文收集了本科近年来经B超发现的老年慢性胰腺炎病人20例,旨在对其病因及内外分泌功能变化进行探讨。 1 对象及方法 1.1 对象患者20例,均为住院病人,其中男16例,女4例,平均年龄63.5岁(61～76)。对照组6例,为随机选择的同期住院患者,男性4例,女性2例,平均年龄65
