对数控机床操作面板按键进行简化,实现了用一个按键控制机床多种工作模式循环选择。在传统的数控机床操作面板上,为实现工作模式控制信号的输入,需要给PLC接入多根信号线,致使面板工作模式控制按键多,控制信号线路设计复杂。文章以FANUC系统为例,通过改进PLC的控制程序,在面板上只保留一个工作模式选择按键,实现了一键循环式工作模式选择。一键循环式按键对于简化机床面板结构与控制线路,降低制造成本,提高系统的稳定性具有现实意义。
CNC machine keys to simplify the operation panel, using a button to control a variety of machine tool cycle mode selection. In the traditional numerical control machine tool operation panel, in order to realize the input of the working mode control signal, it is required to connect multiple PLC signal lines to the PLC, resulting in many control modes of the panel working mode and complicated control signal circuit design.
