学校教育科研的管理是与教育科研活动相伴产生的,是在教育科研发展中相应发展和完善的;教育科研管理的发生、发展和完善,又有力地保证和促进了教育科研事业的发展和研究水平的提高。中小学的科研工作主要侧重于教育本身的发展和教学改革的研究,研究采用的组织形式一般是课题研究。因此,中小学的科研管理主要是指对教育科学研究的管理,也就是对课题研究的管理,课题研究是指经过和规划、实施规划并收集数据、分析数据得出结论的研究。学校教育科研课题管理职能随着时代发展和研究需要,从传统管理职能向现代管理职能转变,学校教育科研课题管理模式的变革主要表现在以下几个方面。
