为给茶树种质资源的鉴定、品种鉴定、亲子鉴定提供科学方法 ,通过对 3个人工杂交组合的亲本及 F1 代进行 RAPD分析 .结果显示 :双亲的 RAPD谱带能在其 F1 代中表现出来 ,表现率分别为 94.90 % ,97.92 % ,98.64 % ,说明 3个杂交单株是其亲本的真正后代 ,这也表明 RAPD技术在亲子鉴定中具有很强的适用性 .同时从 3个杂交组合的 RAPD分析结果可以看出 ,双亲的 RAPD谱带在 F1 代出现分离现象 ,这一结果表明茶树是一个杂合体
In order to provide scientific methods for the identification of tea germplasm resources, identification of varieties and paternity testing, the RAPD analysis of parents and F1 of three artificial crosses showed that the parents’ RAPD bands could be displayed in F1 generation , And the performance rates were 94.90%, 97.92% and 98.64%, respectively, indicating that 3 hybrids were the true offspring of their parents, which also indicated that RAPD technology has strong applicability in paternity testing.
