近年来,人们大力开展了对可乐定及其类似药的作用及作用机制的研究。证明可乐定不仅有降压作用,还有镇静、镇痛、抗惊厥、抗休克等广泛药理作用。随着放射配基结合竞争实验和放射自显影等技术的应用,中枢肾上腺素α_2受体研究取得了许多进展,最近发现的内源性可乐定样物质使该领域取得了较大突破。现结合我们的一些工作,对这方面的研究作一简要介绍。 中枢肾上腺素α_2受体分布及分类 中枢肾上腺素α_2受体(α_2受体)的分布目前尚不十分清楚。但大量的文献直接或间接证明:大脑、丘脑及其他间脑区域、脑桥、延髓和脊髓等部位均存在α_2
In recent years, people have vigorously carried out on the role of clonidine and its similar drugs and mechanism of action.
