随着改革开放的不断深入,国内经济状况相较于过去有了明显的改善。单纯从经济发展的角度来说,低碳经济以及循环经济都是中国特色社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分。发展循环经济能够提高能源的利用率,从而减少资源的总体消耗,更为低碳经济的发展打下了坚实的基础。而发展低碳经济则能够推动循环经济向纵深更快、更好的发展,只有这样才能够逐步完善循环经济的产业链。下文中笔者结合日常的工作经验,以低碳经济与循环经济的协调发展为立足点,对影响其协同发展的因素进行了总结与分析,旨在为相关工作的落实带来一定的思考。
With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, the domestic economy has seen a marked improvement over the past. From a purely economic perspective, both low-carbon economy and circular economy are important components of the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics. The development of circular economy can improve the utilization of energy, thereby reducing the overall consumption of resources, but also for the development of low-carbon economy has laid a solid foundation. The development of low-carbon economy can promote the circular economy faster and better development in depth, the only way it can gradually improve the circular economy industrial chain. In the following, the author combines daily work experiences with the coordinated development of low-carbon economy and circular economy as the starting point, and summarizes and analyzes the factors that have an impact on its synergetic development. The purpose is to bring some considerations for the implementation of related work.
