目的:探讨贵州头花蓼适生地土壤肥力与没食子酸含量的关系,以期为头花蓼的选地栽培提供参考。方法:测定贵州41个适生地头花蓼药材中没食子酸及其根部土壤中肥力指标的含量,用SPSS 16.0软件对结果进行分析。结果:近70%头花蓼居群中没食子酸的含量集中在0.15%~0.25%,药材质量差异水平不大;头花蓼根部土壤中可利用的铵态氮和有机质水平偏低,植物对钾与磷元素的需求相对偏高,酸碱度为5.65~7.73,适生地土样呈微酸至中性土壤;相关性分析显示,不同土壤质地以及不同居群土壤养分条件对头花蓼没食子酸的积累影响不明显。结论:建议在头花蓼的栽培中,选择中性或微酸性的砂质壤土、相对肥沃、排灌方便的地块,并在其生长过程中注意维持有效钾与速效磷的水平不低于60.0,100.0 mg.kg-1为宜。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship between the soil fertility and gallic acid content of Polygonum capitatum in Guizhou Province in order to provide reference for the selection of Polygonum capitatum. Methods: The contents of gallic acid and its fertilizers in 41 rhizome of Polygonum capitatum from Guizhou were determined. The results were analyzed by SPSS 16.0 software. Results: The content of gallic acid in nearly 70% of Polygonum capitatum was concentrated in 0.15% ~ 0.25%, and the difference of medicinal quality was not significant. The content of available ammonium and organic matter in the root of Polygonum capitatum was low, Potassium and phosphorus demand is relatively high, pH value of 5.65 ~ 7.73, suitable soil samples were slightly acidic to neutral soil; correlation analysis showed that different soil texture and different populations of soil nutrients on the accumulation of gallic acid gallic acid The effect is not obvious. CONCLUSION: It is suggested that in the cultivation of Polygonum capitatum, neutral or slightly acidic sandy loam should be chosen, which is relatively fertile and convenient for irrigation and drainage. At the same time, pay attention to maintain the available potassium and available phosphorus in the growth process at a level of not less than 60.0 , 100.0 mg.kg-1 is appropriate.
