毛泽东的现代化建设思想是建立在马列主义的思想基础之上,结合中国的实际国情和当时面临的特殊国际环境条件提出的。针对新中国薄弱的经济基础毛泽东提出在学习他国先进经验的基础之上,以重工业发展作为主体,以工、农、轻的按比例均衡发展为导向,以中国实际国情为基础,以发展科技为手段,厉行节约的进行现代化建设。经过多年的现代化建设探索后,再次证明,毛泽东的现代化建设思想是我国现代化建设理论的重要成果,对我国现代化进程具理论和实践意义。
