科学技术实际表现为第一生产力是需要某些中介和具备一定条件的。有关科学技术在实际中真正表现为第一生产力的问题,即是第一生产力的实现问题。那么,它是怎样实现的呢?它的实现要经过哪些步骤和过程,需要具备哪些条件呢?这就是所谓第一生产力实现的机制问题。概括地说,也可以表述为当代科学技术怎样在物质生产中获得应用的问题,或者科学技术怎样物化、怎样与经济结合的问题。
The actual performance of science and technology as the primary productive force requires certain intermediaries and certain conditions.
