血液中生化成分的浓度可及时反映出体内各种物质的代谢情况,各种成分均有一定的正常值,如偏离正常范围则提示体内某物质代谢失常,即为病理状态。所以,各种生化正常值的测定在临床上对疾病的诊断、治疗的评价以及预后的判断均有十分重要的意义。然而,值得注意的一个动态是近年来在临床生化中越来越重视某些成份相关比值的测定,特别是用于肝胆疾病的诊断与鉴别诊断,其价值优于单项成分测定。但是,这些内容多数尚未被国内教材收入,故特将一些较常用的肝胆疾病的生化比值测定做一介绍。
