湖北省开展测土配方施肥的工作已逾30年,期间经历三个阶段。第一阶段,上世纪七八十年代,测土配方施肥初期起步。当时湖北省土壤的养分管理存在很大的问题,土壤养分不协调、不平衡,土壤中普遍缺氮,严重缺磷,局部缺锌,潜在地方缺钾,影响土壤肥力。于是湖北省推动了氮磷钾复合肥的发展,10年间,施肥量增加了40%,农作物产量增加了110%。第二阶段,湖北进行10年优化配方施肥的探索阶段,探索土壤因作物、定性定量地做好平衡施肥,开展测土配方施肥工作。联合科工贸、农工商,探索形成“测、配、
